No black box. Here is precisely how your name and birth date become your core numbers — the same calculation the Chamber runs, in your browser, every time.

1 · Every letter becomes a number

Each letter maps to a single digit, cycling 1 through 9 — the classic Pythagorean grid:

1 = A J S
2 = B K T
3 = C L U
4 = D M V
5 = E N W
6 = F O X
7 = G P Y
8 = H Q Z
9 = I R

2 · Reduce to a single digit

Any total is reduced by adding its digits until one remains — except the "master numbers" 11, 22 and 33, which are kept whole (written like 11/2). Example: a name summing to 92 → 9 + 2 = 11/2.

3 · The core numbers

4 · The deeper layer

The Chamber also measures three things most numerology skips:

φ — the golden ratio. It finds the pair of sums in your chart closest to 1.618, the proportion that grows shells and spiral galaxies.
Fibonacci. It checks how many of your numbers are Fibonacci seeds (1, 2, 3, 5, 8).
The 3·6·9 gates. Nikola Tesla's "key to the universe" — which of the three run through your numbers, and which one you're missing.
Your frequency. Your Life Path maps to a solfeggio tone (in Hz) you can actually hear.

Why it "works" for everyone

Honestly? Partly the Barnum effect — statements general enough to fit many lives — and partly the fact that every name produces some number. It has no proven predictive power. It's a beautiful, ancient game. Play it as one.
